UBB Platinum Euro Bonds

UBB Asset Management AD has provided for a network of offices (desks) where investors may submit orders for purchases and sales of units of MF UBB Platinum Euro Bond. These are the office of the Management Company and the branches of United Bulgarian Bank AD (please look at the Branch Network).

Orders for issuance or redemption of units of UBB Platinum Euro Bond are accepted by authorised employees of UBB AD and UBB Asset Management AD each business day, within the business hours with clients of the Bank and the Management Company.

The minimal amount of the investment on acquisition of units of the UBB Platinum Euro Bond is EUR 500.

Upon submission of an order for subscription (purchase) of units of UBB Platinum Euro Bond at a branch (office) of UBB AD, a current bank account (EUR) of the investor is opened with the bank, unless the investor already has such an account. Otherwise, an order may not be submitted through a branch of UBB AD (this may be done only through the office of the Management Company).

The investor may submit an order for purchase/sale of units or simultaneous orders of UBB Mutual Funds, denominated in euros, in the account thus-opened at any time, at each branch of the bank (please look at the Branch Network).

The investor is obliged to ensure that sufficient resources are available in the account for execution of the order.

If the investor expresses a wish to be issued a depository receipt and/or to receive a conformation of the concluded transaction by post, the investor needs also to provide for an amount covering the additional costs according to the Tariff of the Management Company.

Upon submission of an order for subscription (purchase) of units of UBB Platinum Euro Bond at the office of the Management Company, the investor (the person authorised thereby or its representative) pays via bank transfer the funds for subscription of units of the FUND into an account of the UBB Platinum Euro Bond with UBB AD or into an account of UBB Platinum Euro Bond with the Depository Bank.

Funds for services requested additionally by the investor, as per the Tariff of UBB Asset Management AD, are transferred in a current account of the Management Company with UBB AD:
