“UBB Asset Management” is established on 23 April 2004 in Sofia. Fixed company capital amounts to 700 000 (seven hundred thousand) BGN, divided into 700 (seven hundred) personal common dematerialized shares with one voting right and face value 1 000 (one thousand) BGN each.
Shareholders in Management Company “UBB Asset Management” are: United Bulgarian Bank, which owns 90.86% of the capital, and NBG Asset Management M.F.M.C., Greece, which owns 9.14% of the capital.
UBB Asset Management organize and manage four mutual funds in BGN and two mutual funds, denominated in euro:
