Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that, as of September 28, 2026 , the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the Master Sub-Fund "KBC Horizon Platinum Portfolio", in which the feeder Fund "UBB Platinum Bulgaria" permanently invests 85% or more of its assets, as well as the Prospectus and the Key Information Document of the Fund "UBB Platinum Bulgaria", respectively, will be amended. From this date, changes will be introduced in the investment strategy related to the stocks and bonds in the portfolio of the Master Sub-Fund in the following sense:

The equity component, which consists of a global selection from any region, sector or industry, will be combined with a meaningful exposure to Bulgarian equities. The specified percentage targets will be removed from the investment strategy, introducing the word “meaningful” for equity investments in the Bulgarian capital market. This will allow the exposure to Bulgarian equities to vary over time, depending on market conditions and portfolio management decisions.

The bond investment component will consist of approximately 20% of a global selection of bond or bond-related investments from any region, sector or area and approximately 50% of a selection of bond and debt investments originating in or related to Central and Eastern Europe, including, but not limited to, Bulgarian fixed income instruments. Specific reference will be made to the possibility of investing in Bulgarian fixed income instruments. In addition, the percentages in which investments are made will also include the word “approximately” so that there is no obligation to adhere to them in a fixed manner when investing in these specific financial instruments.

The Prospectus and Key Information Document of the Master Sub-Fund "KBC Horizon Platinum Portfolio", as well as the Rules, Prospectus and Key Information Document of the Feeder Sub-Fund "UBB Platinum Bulgaria", will be updated from this date in accordance with the above and after the issuance of the necessary regulatory approvals.

Unitholders in UBB Platinum Bulgaria Fund who agree with these changes do not need to take any action. Unitholders in UBB Platinum Bulgaria Fund who do not agree with these changes may request a redemption of their units, free of charge, from August 25, 2026 to September 25, 2026 (until 2:00 p.m.) through the distributor UBB AD. If you have a systematic investment plan agreement in UBB Platinum Bulgaria Mutual Fund, you can contact your branch to include another fund in your plan or to terminate your plan or to take advantage of the option of redemption without a fee during the specified period.

The current Rules, Prospectus and Main Information Document and the most current financial reports of the UBB Platinum Bulgaria Fund will be available free of charge in all branches of United Bulgarian Bank AD, within their usual working hours with clients, as well as on the distributor's website - www.ubb.bg , section "Savings and Investments", and on the website of "KBC Asset Management N.V. - BRANCH" - www.ubbam.bg . Up-to-date information about the shares you hold can be found at any time in the UBB Mobile mobile application, menu "Products", section "Investments".
