Notification of conversion by merger of KBC Investment Management EAD into KBC Asset Management NV, Belgium

On 13.06.2023, the successful transformation of KBC Investment Management EAD (formerly known as Raiffeisen Asset Management Bulgaria EAD) by merging into KBC Asset Management NV, Belgium was completed.
The legal merger of the two management companies is the last step of their integration, after the effective date of the conversion of all mutual funds managed by KBC Investment Management EAD, by merging them into the (sub)funds managed by KBC Asset Management NV, Belgium through its branch in Bulgaria KBC Asset Management NV - Branch, with registered office and registered address. Sofia 1463, Triaditsa, Blvd. Vitosha No. 89B, Millennium Center, floor 6, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 205422541.
The distributor of the shares continues to be UBB AD with branches throughout the country.
