KBC Asset Management Bulgarian branch

We present the opportunity to take part of our investor support team in the Bulgarian branch of KBC Asset Management N.V. KBC Asset Management has established a dedicated branch in Bulgaria, which provides professional support for investment fund sales and investment advisory services through the different sales channels of UBB Bank and DZI Insurance (the Distributor).

You will be supported in your role by means of general KBC Asset Management trainings, specialized trainings, and on the job learning. You will be part of an international dynamic and heterogeneous team with various backgrounds working on implementing best practices and sales activities, supporting the sales of investment products, as interesting projects from a theoretical and practical point of view, which will enrich your experience. In this role you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our distributor in the Affluent segment and effectively responding to sales teams needs.

What would be your main agenda:

• • Preparation of yearly segment general concept for investor support activities
  • Provides trainings to the sales teams
  • Participates in roadshows, webinars, events and other sales and marketing initiatives, including budget planning
  • Preparation of sales and marketing campaigns and materials, client communication, sales scripts
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Responsible for new product launches in the Affluent segment 
  • Providing data and guides? To help the sales teams
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators
  • Provide data and guides? to help the sales team
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Participation in international KBC Group projects

What should be your qualification and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Investor support specialist or in Sales roles in general
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• You like to work in an international team in a structured way and you can focus on individual assignments delivering quality
• Critical mind-set and eager to learn
• General interest and knowledge on financial markets
• Natural and intuitive work with Microsoft Office in advanced way, especially with Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to solve common issues during working with data
• We are looking for someone who is pro-active, precise, self-organized and reliable and can work independently  
• You should prefer direct and open communication and be able to challenge

• Fluent English is a must! You’ll communicate with international colleagues on daily basis
• Following skills are a plus: CFA or investment advice certificate and familiarity with the investments industry
