Investor Zone service is temporarily unavailable

date

12 march 2024

For technical reasons, the Investor Zone service is temporarily unavailable to registered users. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible .

Up-to-date information on the service restoration process will be published on the UBB Asset Management website in the "News" section.

Until the service "Investor Zone", is restored, clients of United Bulgarian Bank under the Financial Instruments Transactions and Systematic Investing Agreement will be able to access information on the number and current value of mutual fund units held through the following channels:

  • the mobile application UBB Mobile
  • the UBB Online Banking digital portal in the U-Fund section
  • by visiting an UBB AD office.

For customers of the former KBC Bank Bulgaria, resp. KBC Investment Management (formerly Raiffeisen Asset Management), who as a result of the transformation have become holders of units in mutual funds distributed by UBB, but have not yet entered into a Financial Instruments Transactions and Systematic Investing Agreement, information on the number and current value of the units held is available through the following channels:

  • by visiting an UBB AD office.

To contact the distributor bank's team, you can use the feedback form at www.ubb.bg or via the Customer Contact Centre on 0700 117 17 or +3592 483 1717 (domestic and international contact number) or *7171 (short number for subscribers of mobile operators in Bulgaria), as well as contact the nearest branch of UBB AD.

The team of UBB Asset Management apologizes for the inconvenience caused to all users of the "Investor Zone" service.
